Terms & Conditions of the “First 15 Days Free” Offer

1. The offer applies to new Units leases completed between 16/09/2026 and 30/09/2026, for selected available units participating in the promotional campaign.
2. To qualify for the offer, within the above period the reservation process must have been completed, the lease agreement must have been signed, and all amounts required for the commencement of the lease must have been paid, in accordance with Units’ terms.
3. The “First 15 Days Free” offer corresponds to a 50% discount on the agreed monthly rent of the unit. The discount applies exclusively to the first rent payment due.
4. The discount applies only to the rent and does not apply to the security deposit or any other charges that may be provided for under the lease agreement.
5. The offer applies exclusively to new lease agreements and cannot be applied retroactively to agreements already signed, existing leases, renewals, or extensions.
6. The offer may be used once per lease agreement, is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be offset against the security deposit.
7. The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Units.
8. The offer applies to a limited number of available units and is valid while participating units remain available.
9. In the event of cancellation or failure to complete the lease, the applicable Units reservation, cancellation, and refund terms shall apply. The value of the offer is non-refundable and cannot be paid separately in cash.
10. Units reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotional campaign, without affecting lease agreements for which the offer has already been validly secured.
