About Units
Your rent includes everything. Electricity, water, internet, cooling/heating, shared building expenses, full access to all community living spaces, security 24/7 and support.

Practicalities
If the booking is not yet active (the contract is not yet signed and no deposit has been paid), you may cancel without any financial charge.
If the booking is active, the deposit becomes binding.
A booking becomes active once, the lease agreement is signed and the downpayments for the security deposit and the first rent have been made.

Parents may participate in or fully manage the booking process.
Three parties are involved in the lease: the resident (who lives in the unit), the renter (the person who on the contract signs as the payer of the rent), the guarantor. Only the renter and guarantor sign the contract. Signing can be completed digitally or physically. The lease is then officially registered and accepted through the Greek tax authority (AADE), with full guidance from our team.
Contracts typically last one (1) year.
Renewals are simple and immediate, and existing residents always receive priority.

The total booking time depends mainly on the tenant’s response speed, but it typically takes 1 – 3 business days.
Yes, of course! The entire process can be completed 100& remotely. From the tour and your unit selection to the signing of your contract and securing your reservation, everything can happen online with the help of the Units team.

Absolutely! We’ll be happy to arrange your tour either in person or online (via video call), so you can explore the available units, the common living spaces, and ask any questions you may have.
Basic information is required from the three parties involved in the contract: (1) the resident, (2) the tenant (guardian), (3) the guarantor. The required documents include: ID or passport , contact details (email & phone) as well as tax information (where applicable) All requirements are sent to you in detail via email.

Starting prices are listed on our website. During our first communication, we will provide detailed information about availabilities and pricing options.
We’ve designed four different types of units for every need and want. Therefore, pricing varies for each category (Kick,Boost, Flex and Vibe) depending on their features such as (floor level, size and interior design).
No. All costs are transparent and clearly explained from the very first communication through contract signing.
At Units Parkside you will find a fully equipped gym accessible 24/7, a Lounge Area for relaxation as well as the Laundry room equipped with washing and drying machines.
The only thing not included are your personal living expenses, as well as the usage of the *Laundry room.
*The Laundry room works on a EasyPay system and costs 2€/ washing cycle and 1€/ drying session, while the laundry detergants are provided by us.
Your rent is all-inclusive, covering your: water, electricity, cooling & heating, internet and shared building expenses. This also includes your access to common spaces such as the gym and lounge areas and don’t forget that your unit is fully furnished and equipped with its own private bathroom and kitchen.
If you ignore the fully furnished and equipped setup, included bills, security measures, and continuous support, it may appear more expensive.

Moving In & Moving Out
Units contracts have a fixed and agreed upon duration.
If you need to leave early, financial responsibility remains active until: the contract ends, or a new lease is completed for the same unit.
Our team is always available to discuss solutions and find the best possible outcome together.
The deposit is returned to you via bank transfer within fifteen (15) days from the end of your contract, provided all contract terms have been met.
The Units team is next to you for any issue that might come up with your unit.
Personal belongings, bed linens and towels, as well as kitchen equipment (e.g pots, plates, cutlery, etc.)
For safety and resident wellbeing, welcome meetings are conducted only with the resident. Alternatively, the meeting can take place with another member of the contract.
One of our team’s members will be welcoming you to your unit and will be taking informing you about everything you need to know about your stay with us.
Immediately after your booking is completed, we will contact you with detailed next-step instructions.
Your moving in can begin from your contract start date, during working days and hours, after arranging an appointment with the Units team.

Each unit includes a private kitchen and bathroom and is delivered fully furnished and equipped. You will find: Anatomical Greco Strom matress, matress protector, two pillows, a fridge, an electric oven, kettle, toaster, dish dryer, Smart TV, office chair, office lamp, Air Conditioning, Bathroom furniture, Basic bathroom equipment, Curtains, Electric shutters, Electric awnings*, Armchair and stool*, Coffee table*, Mirror, Decorative frames, Outdoor furniture*.
*Not included in all units in the category.

Living Experience
Through everyday community life and events organized by Units.
Common areas are cleaned regularly.
Cleaning of your private unit is your responsibility.
Smoking is not permitted in indoor spaces.
While we love pets, Units is designed specifically for student living.
Certified assistance dogs and therapy animals may be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.
Short-term overnight guests are allowed, provided you inform the Units team in advance for security reasons.
Visitors are always welcome, provided building rules and respect toward other residents are maintained.
Safety & Operations
For emergencies, our team will be on standby and ready to assist you, taking all further steps needed.
We’ve created a space that’s entirely yours. While staff is not physically on-site, we’re constantly by your side.
Access is managed through modern security systems with electronic locks.
Entry to your unit is provided via a personal code or an electronic card - meaning the classic “locked out” scenario is almost science fiction.
If anything does not work properly, contact us immediately.
Our residents' security is our utmost priority. That’s why we’ve placed: Security doors with electronic locks as well as a 24/7 CCTV monitoring in common areas. Moreover, daily nighttime patrols (7/7) inside and around the building take place by our security team.

Units is designed as a modern student accommodation experience and is aimed primarily at students and young people aged 18 - 26, as the entire philosophy and daily life of the building is built around this community.
